Shipping policy

All of our hangers are shipped using the Postal Service or by UPS Ground - your choice at check out (if available for your order). Standard sized finished hangers usually ship within 2 - 3 business days (unless otherwise noted) and take about 3-10 business days to arrive by standard mail.

We do not keep most unfinished hangers in stock unless noted as such, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to make these. Finished special orders can take up to 4 weeks to make.

Hangers that are 90-96 inches long must ship USPS do not select UPS. If you want to use UPS, call us and we will provide you with the correct shipping charge.

Your mailing address must be correct. Shipping and handling charges will apply to all orders that come back to us and need to be reshipped due to incorrect address or other non-delivered reason provided by carrier.
Your credit card is charged when you place your order.
We reserve the right to require signature on any delivery.
